Booking Policies

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking and will be applied to your final service total

• A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules

• Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service price

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and blocked from future bookings

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged the late cancellation fee

• All appointment changes must be made through Vagaro (Instagram is not a valid form of communication)

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

• No children are permitted in the treatment room or waiting area. Clients arriving with children will be asked to reschedule and subject to the cancellation policy

By booking with Raymi’s Touch Esthetics, you agree to all policies listed above. These policies apply to all clients and are non-negotiable.

Raymi’s Touch Esthetics, LLC reserves the right to charge in advance to hold appointments for any guest who has a history of no shows/late cancellations. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
